Focus on the Unusual Elements
I have fought and thought hard on this subject. Unusual elements had me stumped. I even asked my Facebook friends what they thought. Some of their suggestions were: my little finger, standing bare foot in puddle, (farm girl here, I have stomped and played in many puddles), and my favorite is suggested that I put a picture of my husband on here because he is unusual and stubborn enough to be an element! All are great suggestions. The more I thought about it, the more my hair came to the foreground of ideas. It is unusually curly and when the sun hits it, it really shows red these days. (I can't say red highlights anymore because it is turning more red in general.)
Well, the sun popped out of the clouds just long enough for me to snap just a couple of pictures. This one intrigues me. I was trying to get just a close up of my hair shining in the setting sun. It is a happy accident. I like how you only see one eye and a small part of my face. It looks like I might be hanging over something. I wasn't. Just contorting my body around to try and just get my hair. I'm sure I looked funny doing it.
