52 Weeks of Me

Week 44.  I haven't been going with the theme lately.  I am lucky to remember what the main subject for this project is supposed to be.  Let alone, what the theme is!  Crazy, crazy around here.  If you look really close in my eye, you can see my arms holding the camera.  I found a pair of my contacts I used to wear and have been wearing them.  (They were a new pair.)  I have tolerated glasses for almost a year and I am reminded why I detest them so much.

Week 45.  I had to get a picture of the fall foliage in here.  We drove by a school that have these amazing trees where the leaves almost look like they glow.  When we got there, all the leaves had dropped already.  :(

52 Weeks of Me

I am behind two weeks!  Not unheard of around here.  Between traveling to Portland, Oregon and home, I haven't been able to do much.  Oh, and don't forget all the cleaning and sanitizing.  It is amazing how "dirty" things are until you take a Clorax wipe to it.

Week 42 was Prop.  Once again, I had ideas for this one, but no time to execute it.  We found this cool sculpture in Portland, Oregon and have stopped several times to capture it.

Week 43 is Humor.  So the humor here is that I'm wearing a dress.  Those who know me, know that I don't wear many dresses.  I'm not comfortable in them.  I grew up on a farm and pants was what you wore all the time.  Well, I found this beautiful dress on the clearance rack at a local store and fell in love.  It is outside my normal and it makes me feel feminine.  I have worn it a couple times now and I don't feel awkward.

Rotate is this weeks theme.  I had ideas of being creative and just rotating the camera and snapping away.  Well.  We came across this beautiful convent and the arches cried out to me.  I couldn't resist.  Rick was game and took the pictures from the front seat of our vehicle.  We got some funny looks from the passing cars.  I didn't care.  So, in post processing in Photoshop, I just rotated it.

52 Weeks of Me Week 39 and 40

Week 39 was supposed to be your favorite color.  Well, my favorite color is blue.  I already posted a picture capturing the blue light found down by the river and didn't think I could improve on that picture.  (See this picture here.)  Instead, I decided to place a picture of my sweety pie, honey bunch, snuggler, husband and I.  He is looking pretty good these days in his fabulous hat.

Week 40 is an Outside shot.  I have been inside so much lately that being outside has been a blessing.
